Peppinella offers great value for a quality three and a half star motel in Ballarat. Fifteen clean and comfortable ground floor units set in lovely gardens in a very quiet location. We are only three minutes away from the Bray Raceway and five minutes from most of the many wonderful attractions Ballarat has to offer such as the award winning Sovereign Hill, Lake Wendouree and our beautiful town center. All our units are ensuite and have comfortable queen beds with tables and chairs, sofa and comfy armchairs. Yummy cooked breakfasts are delivered to your room and five channells of free to air TV and six channels of free to you Austar with remote control. Our units come fully fitted with the usual facilities as well as a Microwave in each room and Wireless broadband for your convenience. The pool and spa is fully tiled and heated with solar for the pool and gas for the spa and kept sparking clean with a high fence around for safety and privacy. There is a fully covered BBQ area with lots of seating and a free BBQ. Our large grounds have plenty of room for boats and trailers etc. The rooms are non smoking and a late checkout is available upon request. We are close to excellent dining at a reasonable cost and have charge back facilities also.
